Pre-defined Multi-Service appointments?

This is a bit of a unique question. We are a medical therapy center. We have staff who provide different therapies. Currently, we are going down the path of booking each staff member separately. However, we have hit upon an idea where we offer a package of treatments rather than booking individual treatment. The vision is to offer the "Re-Center" package, for example, which will include a 30min session with the Counselor and then a 1Hr session with meditation coach. 

Rather than have the staff have to book each service manually, is there a way to pre-program the package, so when the patient books the package, it automatically looks for availability of both sessions in sequence and offers to book both sessions automatically?

I think you can get pretty close to what you’re wanting with Square’s multi-service/multi-staff booking! If you’re on Appointments Plus or Premium, there’s an option under Appointments → Settings → Calendar & Booking to allow multiple staff members to be booked within a single appointment.

You can also enable multiple services for online booking. That would allow the counselor session and meditation session to be part of the same appointment while assigning each service to the appropriate staff member based on availability.

The one limitation I’m seeing is that I don’t believe Square currently lets you create one predefined “Re-Center” service that automatically adds those two specific services/staff in sequence with one click. The client would still be selecting the multiple services as part of the booking flow. A true preset multi-service package like you’re describing would actually be a REALLY useful Appointments feature though! 😊
