Packages with Commissions

Now that Packages are here... what about commissions? I have people that perform facials/massage. They currently get 50% of the services they perform. So Let's say they sell a package of facial's... do they get paid their commission when one is redeemed? Or do they get paid their commission when the package is sold? 

If they get paid their commission when the package is sold, then the  client needs to always book with them.... OR it would be better if regardless of who sold the package, the practitioner gets their commission at the completion of the service.
