Online Booking Flow hours / availabiltiy / Calendar settings?

This use to be way easier? 

 

I have a subscription to Appointments Plus. I don't use Square's Website, I publish a link to Square Scheduling on my existing website.

 

I did this in the past...I'm trying to find the settings for updating the hours of availability that clients get to choose when using the Square Scheduling embedded link on my website.

 

When I go to the settings and check my hours of operation, it displays the hours I am open accurately (both on business location settings, and on "online booking" / "edit location details", update and hit save, etc. etc...

 

But when I go to my actual website and click the embedded link for Square Scheduling, it's STILL showing the old availability / hours. NOT the updated hours. What gives???

 

Do I have to update the embedded button link, EVERY TIME I change my hours of availability? I mean, it's a link to a scheduling portal. I'd think the updated hours would do the trick? 

 

Am I confused?

I figured it out. It's not updated through the Dashboard settings. You must do these steps;

 

1) Open up the Appointments Application (Calendar view)

2) In the right-hand corner there's a little picture of a clock with a time hand, you have to click on that...

3) This allows you to update the hours that clients can book (both permanently, and optionally a temporary change).

 

I wasn't able to easily find how to DO THIS THOUGH. Not using the annoying Ai help function, OR the Help Topics. This should be way easier to FIND for those that use Square Scheduling. (In my opinion.)
