One Monthly Invoice for weekly appointments?

Hello - I teach music lessons and I typically have a student signed up for a specific lesson time, once a week on the same day and time. Is there a way to schedule them and consolidate each of the lesson visits into one invoice - so in other words, I would create their monthly schedule with each of the scheduled times showing cost for each lesson then invoice them 1 time for the entire month?

For the Invoice you're wanting here, you could send a Recurring Invoice monthly and you could set the "date of service" field to show the number of lessons you've provided. Or you could send an invoice once a month manually if the number of lessons should vary each month.

Then, you could either create an item to show the rate of one lesson and add in the total number of lessons or you could just enter the total amount for all of the lessons added up. There are a few different options based on how you're wanting the Invoice to appear to the customer. You can always create a draft or test Invoice so you can play around with these options and get an idea of how it all will appear on the customer's end.
