When I mark a client as a no show, most of the time it asks if I want to charge a no show fee, but lately it won’t even give me an option. I have my no show/cancellation fees enabled so I’m just not sure what’s going on.

I am sorry to hear your no show protection is not working as expected. In order to get this resolved I would suggest contacting our Appointments Team, so we can look at your settings and investigate why this is happening. No-show protection of Appointment Plus is useless if no-show clients lock their credit cards. There is no way to withdraw their money. That's why I just canceled Appointment Plus.
