The text reminders that are normally sent to my clients are not going through. My clients are getting the notification they made the appointment but no reminder after that. All settings are the same as they have been all along and this started about two days ago. How do I fix it?
This sounds related to the new pricing for Square Appointments.
The reminders are still part of the free plan, but if you decided not to upgrade, we don't send confirmations anymore.
Could the issue maybe be that we are not sending confirmations?
