The app always crashes after entering the customer’s phone number, which would send you to the email field, but the app crashes without saving any information. It only does it on my iPad but never on my iPhone. It also doesn’t happen all of the time. Does anyone have the same problem? I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it hasn’t helped.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with that part of your Appointments app. Is the software up to date on your iPad? Sometimes this can cause a domino effect if the software isn't updated, then the most recent version of the app may not be available.
