Multiple sessions to one service

I am a personal trainer with an 8 session package - how do I add multiple sessions to one service?

I read that you can bundle multiple sessions as one and manually book your clients in one appointment at a time, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a system that allows your clients to book their own sessions
