I'm trying to figure out if Square will work for my business. I want to have a daily limit on appointments but also limits on appointment types. i.e. 30 appointments a day, 10 of X and 20 of Y.
Is this something Square can achieve?

You are able to accept or decline appointments booked on your appointment site. Overview in your Appointments dashboard, you can see your pending and upcoming appointments as well as client messages at a glance. From there, you can confirm a pending appointment, click Decline or Accept. Your client will be notified of your response. If you declined, the pending appointment will drop off the Overview page and your calendar. If accepted, the appointment moves to your Upcoming Appointments and is confirmed and reflected on your calendar.
