Has anyone been having issues with Waitlist this week?
I had 2 clients add themselves to the Waitlist, but I hadn't gotten notifications, even though I have that toggled on in my settings. Anyone else experiencing this?
Also, @nika is there a way that we could add a 'book directly from waitlist' type of feature for us? It's kinda frustrating when I have to bounce back and forth trying to schedule someone from the waitlist.

I checked some internal resources, but I didn't find any additional reports. I'll tag in a few of our Champions who also use Square Appointments to see if they've had any issues as well: @arickrtattoos @Bronze_Palms @mdgolden01
Have you had any additional missed notifications since Friday?
Additionally, I can forward your feedback regarding a "book directly from Waitlist" feature along to our Product Team. If you'd like, you can also submit a feature request to our Square Appointments Ideate board, so other Appointments users can upvote your request.

Hey Jess, I am seeing the same!
I only receive notifications for waitlist maybe 1 in every 5 waitlist additions, so I check it daily now. Glad to hear it's not just me!
I like the "book directly" idea. Or even, let us open up to their profile from the waitlist (all the info is already there, we just need it hyperlinked) then we can click the ... at the top right and add their appointment in.
