Is there a way to set up my Square calendar so its easier for my clients to schedule?

I am a hairstylist, I have my services entered in square calendar. I notice when my clients go to book they are not able to search for services they have to scroll. I have everything grouped by example.. EX- Extensions SH-Shampoo... but my clients don't see that. I want this scheduling to be as simple as possible for them.

 

Also, Is there other ways to accept customized deposits when booking? I do not like the clients cards being on file for me to go back later to charge cancellation fee. In the past some clients are smart and were using gift cards with minimal amounts on them. I would rather charge a set fee and not the entire service either. Clients may add on a service while being seen, then I have to go back in and charge another fee... Please help. Thank you

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with Appointment bookings. Let me check in with the Appointments Support Team to see if there is a way to edit your service settings to make them searchable as opposed to a list view. Additionally, I'll see if there's another way to secure payment for no-shows other than charging the card on file, as you've done in the past.

Hello again @Erykah20 - Thank you for your patience while awaiting my reply.

I reached out to our Appointments Support Team for more information and this is what they've told me:

 

You could use the new "categories" feature to help clients navigate your service list, but there is not a search function at this time. Also, though we have workarounds for deposits - deposits are currently a feature request at this time.
