Impossible to make changes on website

I don't know how (or why I chose square) I ever did this to begin with, but I did. So I have a published site with square to allow people make appointments for whichever service they choose. All i want to do now is 1) change the staff summary for one staff member and 2) add that I am now able to accept ESA payments.

 

These are easy, simple text changes that I cannot figure out how to do. I know where they are but I have no idea how to change them. And I think that is more than ridiculous. It should be intuitive and a no-brainer for even the most technically challenged person on the internet.

 

Can someone please either link me to something that does tell me how/where to make these types of edits, or even better, can someone just spell it out for me? Pretend I'm stupid and know absolutely nothing because I'm not sure how much I can actually process.

Can you clarify what you mean by “change staff summary” and “accept ESA payments”? This will help me better understand so I can assist.

Ok, well the “accept esa payments” is just a statement I want to add to the business bio section. 

the staff summary is exactly that- when you click on staff and you see the staff, they may have a little paragraph describing them. It’s that little paragraph I want to edit.

HI @MajorD For editing the team member information I don't think you would do it on the website. You would do it through the Square Dashboard. The edit team member section of this help article may be what you are looking for. 

 

Here is the section

  • Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Staff & payroll > Team > Team members
  • Select a team member
  • Click Appointments, then click Edit next to the section you want to edit:
    • Online booking settings
    • Online booking profile(I think this is what you want to edit)
    • Bookable hours
    • Booking notifications
  • Click Overview, then click Edit next to the section you want to edit:
    • Personal information
    • Permissions
    • Job and compensation: To edit their tip eligibility, click Edit job > toggle ON/OFF Tip eligible.
  • To update their appointments settings or access, select Appointments > Edit next to the section you want to edit.
  • Once all changes have been made, click Done.
