Recently, I stopped receiving notification emails when a client books an appointment with our staff through our online booking site. I have looked through all of my settings and am not seeing where an options for this even is. Am I over looking something?
Hopefully I can help if you're still having this issue. From the "Appointments" Tab on your Dashboard, you would then want to choose "Staff". Choose one of your staff members and scroll down. There you should see where to turn the notifications on and off at:
