Thanks so much for your reply - I had done all those steps before coming into the community . The error was on there this morning and still this evening .. I will try again tomorrow afternoon.

It seems like this error usually happens when there is a "sync break" between your Square Appointments dashboard and the Online Site editor. Essentially, the editor is trying to pull your service menu, but the connection is timing out or being blocked.
