How to set up email notifications for appointments?

So I've just set up my account with square. After taking all the necessary steps to allow for appointment booking, I have run into an issue where I or my potential client (did a test appointment with a friend), are not getting any notifications of the appointment request being received for review or approved. The only way I was able to know/approve the appointment was to go into the my account on my desktop, refresh the site, and go to my notifications. That will be a pain if I have to do it for all future appointments. Any help on how to fix this issue? (p.s. I have gone through a bunch of the settings and tested/ messed with a few things to try and fix it with no luck.) Thank you!

Welcome to the Square Community.  Would you mind showing a few screenshots of your current settings for appointments?

 

If you login from a computer to your Square Dashboard and navigate to Appointments>Settings>Communication  and then Appointments>Settings>Calendar & Booking.
