How does client reactivated text messages?

Hi! When I scheduled my client and asked if she received the auto text she said no. I checked on my end and it said THIS CUSTOMER HAS UNSUBSCRIBED FROM RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES. 
When I told her this she asked well how do I resubscribe? I told her I had to look into it. Does anyone know this answer ? Thank you.

Hi there @Jcong76.  As far as I know, only WE as businesses can do this.  Customers do not have the capability to re-subscribe.  For you to do it, go to your customer directory and edit it.  There is a Marketing section with two toggled — one for email marketing and one for text marketing.  Make the necessary corrections and save the customer record.
