How do my employees view their reposts and not the entire salon reports?

My employees are asking how to see their reports on the app? Ive been told by support that there are only two options, either they are able to view the entire salons reports or nothing at all. That is unacceptable.

Hi @PHS850.  In Team Permissions you can restrict Appointments data that can be seen.  Edit the permission set then go to the Reports section.  Turn it on.  Then turn off all reporting except for the permission for “view personal reporting.”  This will allow team members who use that permission set to only view their own appointments.

I changed the features that way but it removed everything from their view.

Hmmm… Ok, let’s get more specific.  Which report(s) are you wanting them to view?  And are those reports accessed on your POS devices?

I want them to be able to view their sales reports so they can keep up with daily, weekly... sales theyve done. right now they have the option to view the entire salons reports or have it turned off completely in permissions. I just spoke with the sales department to ask if its a feature on an upgraded plan and I was told is is not but they would submit it as a feature suggestion.

@PHS850 Then I guess that’s the answer.  It jives with what I was suspecting.  I’m sorry I didn’t get back with you sooner, but it was nearly 80 degrees in my neck of the woods and ice cream sales were a record for March!  Anyway, I’m sorry we couldn’t help you with a more satisfactory result.
