How do I gather and organize customer information?

We are a swim club in NJ. Our square website is established and ready to take payments, but I am not sure how/where to collect basic information from our customers to keep on file - like name, address, email, phone, DOB, etc. Any advice?

Hey there, @NMSC2026 - 

You have a couple of options when it comes to collecting customer information. Since you're looking to get this information through your website I would suggest using the last two options listed in this Support Article. 

- Option 2: Hosted sign-up page
- Option 3: Embedded sign-up form

You'll have to check on which option fits what you're looking for. There is always an option of collecting customer information through Point of Sale too.
