When a client cancels, it is a grey block on our dashboard. We like that feature, but we are finding that we cannot book into that exact same spot. Help!

Do you complete the booking yourself or are clients booking online?
If you try to book over an existing appointment, you’ll see a notification warning you before you double-book. You are still able to book over a spot that already has a booking, but will need to dismiss this warning before.
