I would like to update a new phone number for square appoint account, but Square support center said there is no option to update it. They also said that I have delete and create a new account with new phone number. I don't want miss up my business data for doing that. Please give me some better suggestions. Thanks.
Hello @TranBeauty, I am sorry you are having issues updating your phone number. I just want to clarify to better assist, your only trying to change the number for appointments or your entire account? This is the number you want customer to be able to contact you on when they book an appointment correct?
Hi MayaP, thanks for your reply. Yesterday, I tried to look for a solution of my issue, and I found out an option to update my new phone number at staff info. I hope that it is correct.
