How can I take payments for Appointments on the Terminal?

I am attempting to check out a client using my phone that is logged in to 'Appointments' and then actually collect that fee using my terminal. I thought I ran across a way to do this using tickets the other day but now I can not find this information and I do not see a way on Appointments to make an 'open ticket'.

You can use the Appointments app in your Terminal to collect fees for appointments.
