Hello! I book different types of appointments that have different instructions based on appointment booked. I would like the confirmation emails to be customized to the type of appointment booked, however the same email is sent no matter what type of appointment is booked.
Does anyone have a work around?
Would a contract work? Contracts can be automated to send to the customer when a certain (or every) service is booked and/or to any customer versus a customer who hasn't filled it out before.
