Can i ask for payment upon reservation for one staff, and no requirement for payment for another?

I have one particular staff member that I dont want the requirement for payment upon booking the appointment but the other staff members i do. 

Is there a way I can do this?

Seems like sending an invoice would be the option as you know who the staff member is and what they want.   Just a thought of course.
