I just hired a dual licensed provider who does: only facials on some days, only massages on other days, and some days does both. We have one facial suite, but can't make that a resource because the resources can't be assigned to an employee in advance of someone booking.
I'm insanely frustrated that the only advice is to create additional employee profiles, which is just way too big of a headache. This feature has been something that it appears people have been asking for for YEARS!
I have limited time before I give up on square and migrate my business to another platform. This seems so freaking basic a request for spa businesses. Is anyone else frustrated by this? Does anyone have a realistic way to make this work?
