Tech Support is your only option - it's possible they can help depending on the timing of your issue - you can contact Support through your Square Account. The volunteers here are mostly small business owners who have hands-on experience using Square's Apps and Hardware however, they cannot access user accounts - only Tech or Customer Support can do that.
