I have text and email notifications turned on for all clients to receive a reminder 24 hours before their appointment, but they are not receiving the texts and sometimes not receiving the emails. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your email and texts notifications. Is this happening with certain phone operators and email providers only, or all of them ?
There are a couple of troubleshooting steps you can try if your customers are not receiving their notifications, outlined in this support article.
Can you go through them and let me know if this fixes the issue ?
Thank you for sending that! I have gone through all of these steps; it seems that there is one client who is not receiving notifications, though she used to receive them without issue. I am suspecting that it's an issue on her end that wasn't resolved by adding the number to her contacts. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
