I pay the monthly service to have no-show protection.
Since August of 2023 I have not been able to process not one no-show or late cancellation fee.
This happens with any person I've tried to charge the fee to. I specifically pay the monthly fee for this protection, why am I not being "protected'?
I've called numerous times and have been told it's in Beta testing. I shouldn't be paying a monthly fee for testing, especially if it doesn't work.
I've battled with keeping your company for the last 6 months but today was my final straw, I will be switching platforms solely based off of not being able to charge a fee which I'm paying for.
