Form Entries Not Showing in the form submission section

Although my clients state that they registered through the form in my website, and even took a screen shot of the message they get after submitting the form, I have not received a registration email, neither saw a new entry in the
'Form Submission" since yesterday. Again, I know that they did submit a form. When I submit a test form it does go through, but not when my clients do. Please advise.

Is this for marketing? If so it will automatically add to your client directory. Another way to check is under feedback which is under the customer directory. Hope that helpsx
