Hi! Is there or could there be some sort of flag (box, for follow up date-calendar) that can sort specific customers for follow up. 50% of our business requires follow up to schedule a second appointment. We would love to flag orders if its a problem or needs attention at a later date.
We have tried assigning these orders to a office staff member but then the customer gets an appointment reminder which is not good. Need an internal use only flag.

I like this, it is a great suggestion. At this time, we do not have a feature like this. A potential workaround is to use the notes section during checkout. You can then go back into transactions and filter by notes, which will show all the services under that note. Would that work? Otherwise, this would need to be submitted as a feature request. Feel free to submit it there.
