Cutting and pasting message to customers

I have been able to cut and paste my message to my customers using my notes app on my phone. It’s quite lengthy and I can’t type my instructions out one by one. I used to be able to do it, now it won’t let me.

As I see this is your first post welcome to the sellers community.

Now I have a work around for you, What if you copied and pasted your instructions to a Google Document that is on line.  Then share this with anyone who has a Link.  Just paste the Link in your message to the customers.  Or have the link to access from your website.  Just make sure that the Document is set to View only or View and Print but not to editing privlages.
