When a client books an appointment, it says "We're looking forward to seeing you..." at the top of the Appointment Accepted page. The issue is that the appointment is for a phone consultation so we don't actually "see" people. Is there a way to change this wording?

Glad to see you back here! This is a great catch while this content is not customizable at this time. I will pass this Feature Request over to our product team so they can take a look at your post and hopefully implement a better way to deliver this appointment confirmation.
