Since you added Packages, there should also certainly be a feature where a customer can book their own classes using their package credits on file. Then, I would not have to manually enter all the classes that my student wants to take if they have a package.
Secondly, right now a student can only book one class at a time. It would be preferred if they can add multiple classes to the cart at a time before checking out.

I'm sorry your customers are having some trouble redeeming their packages on your booking site. I can certainly provide some more details on this process.
From the Checkout page, your customers will need to Sign in or enter their phone number and choose the option to sign in when prompted. If your customer has a valid package that applies to the service or class being booked, it will automatically be applied to the transaction. Then, once you complete the appointment from your Square Dashboard, you will see the package credit automatically applied towards the covered service.
Please note: Your customer must have completed at least one online booking using the same phone number for packages to show as available. I wonder if this may be what's holding your customers up? 🤔

I decided to do Appointments Plus because of wanting the classes feature. Based on what Square said "A package is a prepaid series of services or classes that can be redeemed by your customers. For example, you could sell a package of five gym classes for a fixed price. When a customer books one of the included services or classes, Square will automatically apply the full value of that booking at checkout." I felt like this stated that if a customer has purchased a package, they could then go directly to my appointments site, and book their own class and USE the package credits they have. This is not the case. I have to register them for all their requested classes, and they cannot book their own. This is a major administrative nightmare and does not give the customer autonomy to do things for themselves. Please fix this!
