Contracts sending multiple times

I am a nail tech who runs my own private studio. I just recently switched to Square and am still figuring out the ropes. My question is, why does it send my intake form (contract) that I created, to clients who have filled it out before? Even though I have it set not to send forms to clients who have already filled them out, I still find that clients are filling out multiple forms. I don't want to annoy people with a million forms and would like them to not be sent to anyone who has filled it out before. Thank you!

I would love to do what I can to get to the bottom of this for you. Could you give me some customer examples where they filled out/received multiple contracts. Since this is a public forum - I would recommend using the Customer's ID number instead of their name. 

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.

I’m having the same exact issue. When I create a contract to make a General Intake Form, which is legally required to fill out once a year under HIPPA regulations, it sends out the contract EVERY SINGLE TIME a client books an appointment, new or not. I’ve called support, spoken with them, changed manually between sending it once and sending it out for every new client—yet the result is still the same. I’ve noticed this has been an issue since 2021 and still has yet to be fixed or implemented to the Appointments Team that you guys claim you are inquiring with after each question about this matter. We want our clients to get one General Intake Form a year as needed by law, not every time they try to make an appointment to come in. We are a massage therapist office and this is rather frustrating. Thank you.
