Confirmation Request Failed

Hello everyone. I've been using square for about 6 months. Suddenly it has stopped sending out appointment confirmations, when I go in to resend confirmation I get an error message saying, "Confirmation Request Failed verify that the contact information is correct" All client information is correct. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Square recently updated their subscription tier. Check to make your in the correct tier to receive all the features your business would need.  Hope this helps out somewhat 🙂
