Checkout issues using packages using the iPad

Since the last Apple update to our ipad that is in the Square Stand, i am no longer able to check out an appointment using a visit from a package. I have to check them out via my phone or my laptop. I've tried going through the Scheduler app and the POS app, neither will let me use a visit from a package on the ipad. It looks like my apps are currently up to date.
Is there a fix coming soon?

Could you confirm the iOS version your iPad Square Stand is running, as well as the Square app version? Also, for reference, which appointment did this happen with?
