Categories for booking site not working

Hello @Elyn , recently I received an email telling me I could categorize Services in our booking site. I have followed the instructions in the email and it is not working for me. Could someone please help me with this. Would love to have services categorized on the booking site to help customers navigate and choose services better. Thanks Matt/Union Barber

Thanks for sharing that! I just took a look at your account, with 2 locations there's one additional step.

 

From your Dashboard > Online Booking > Channels > Click manage next to Enable Online booking > click the 3 dots next to each location > Manage Categories

 

It does look like all of your services are currently listed under a single a single category called "Services" right now. Adding and editing your Categories for each service will add them to your list of Categories for your site.
