We normally have our calendar view set to daily. Today I switched to monthly to get a feel for how the month was looking. It crashed the pc.
I can get as far as logging back on to the appointments page but it wont load fully and so now I cant switch back to the day view setting.
Works fine on a different computer, but I urgently need to change it back as its the shop pc that the staff use to book and view appointments.
Hi @inglebygrooming.. Since you said you are 'logging back on to the appointments page," I'm assuming you are talking about viewing the calendar from the web dashboard. If so, it sounds like whatever caused it to crash has corrupted your browser cache. So, I'd recommend clearing your browser history and cache and trying again. That should fix it since it is working on other devices.
If, however, you are using the Appointments App, I would recommend deleting and reinstalling the app. Most like the same sort of corruption happened to your apps memory and this will clear it out.

Further to @TheRealChipA's tips, I'm interested to know what sort of computer you're using that couldn't load the Square online dashboard?
May be time for an upgrade! I find Square's systems run butter smooth on my 2022 MacBook Air and 2023 Pro. Windows on the other hand can be inconsistent depending on other tasks chewing up power in the background.
Thanks it was on Google Chrome browser on our Epos system, I cleared Cache and cookies and that solved the problem.
