How to cancel book appoiments with credit card feature?
alot of my clients are canceling appointments because of this feature and i do not know how to turn it off
Possible to check your appointment payment settings.
I'm doing this from a computer.
Once you login to your dashboard head to Appointments>Settings>Payments & Cancellations. Maybe your settings have "Require Prepayment" selected?
