I am trying to set up card on file to only be used for one stylist as the other doesn’t want it, and only for a few services that are at least an hour longer. When I set it up online, it gave me the option to select specific services so I did. But now it’s asking for card information for every single client, for both providers. Can I set it to just be used for certain services? If not, why did it ask?

Thank you for reaching out about issues with your Card on File setup. Do your stylists have any overlapping services? Do they have the same permissions in Point of Sale?
Normally, when you enable Card on File it would be on all items or services. You mentioned that you had an option to select it for services, could you give me a screenshot or more insight with that setup?
