Bookings not completing?

Anyone else having issues where bookings that have successfully checked out, are still showing as open in the calendar (and in customer profiles)?

 

The below screenshot shows January 29 was fine (lighter shades) but then 30 & 31 January not a single one shows as complete.

First though, are you still experiencing this issue or has anything changed?

Hi @tomven, thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are dealing with this issue!

 

Before I get this sent over to our Engineering teams to take a look, I have a few questions for you:

  • Have the appointment dates after the 31st still been having this issue?
  • When you click on a completed appointment on the 30th and compare it to one on the 29th, are you seeing any differences in notations on the appointment itself? Or is just the color system impacted?
  • Have you noticed if this issue is just occurring on this device, or all devices you view your Appointments on?

Please let me know those bits of information, and I would be happy to help further.

I am also having this same issue, all appointments since the afternoon of January 29th have not been closing out if cashed out on our square POS.

On fully closed out appointments on the 29th it says "$$ Payment" in green, on the appointments not closing out it does not say that. All devices we have are showing the non closed out appointments
