I've been told multiple times by all my customers that they cant book an appointment online. it seems as if every time they put in all their information and click book it doesn't do anything. I've been dealing with this ever since the site has been created. I've talked to square specialists but no one can seem to figure out the problem. What's going on here?

Also is this all customers who try to book? Some? Only certain types of devices?
Also if I manage to get a booking through it will be under my name. Chip Adkins. And I’ll put a note on it indicating it is a test. But look for that make in case I’m actually able to submit one!
Yes, it is all customers who try to book! the URL is tonicmad.square.site I'm not sure you'll be able to book because it requires a pre-payment.
Ah. That makes sense. Rather than having you go to the trouble of accepting and cancelling a booking, it’s probably quicker and easier to get on the phone with Square Customer Success, contact info here.
They should be able to try a couple of things to track down the problem. It sounds like it might be a web site internal issue that the engineers need to look at. Best of luck!
