Booking certain services on certain days/ times?

Hello, I am at my wits end with square but I’m really hoping I don’t have to switch to a new platform. I’m looking for a work around that I haven’t tried for a booking issue. I am an esthetician and a permanent make up artist, I work alone I do not have a staff. My local health department won’t let me provide all of my services in the same room. To add to it I share both of my rooms with other renters. Some of my available days customers can book all of my services, other days I can only be in 1 room at certain times. For example on Wednesday customers can book for esthetics services and permanent make up, but I need to not be able to be double booked. On Saturdays I can only be in my PMU after 6pm but I’m available in the esthetics room all day. Thursday/ Friday I can’t be in the esthetics room at all. Basically I’m looking for a feature that only allows certain services to be booked on certain days and times. I’ve googled and tried some work arounds and each has a flaw. The dummy staff member work around will not sync my person calendar because it’s already synced for me as the owner so I have to manually add all personal events to one of the calendars which is a huge pain for me. The resource’s required option (adding rooms) allows me to be double booked. I’ve tried adding notes to each service saying “this appointment is only available on x days at x times” I’d say about 20% of my customers actually pay attention to that. So I’m then reaching out via text and pretty much doing my own booking to reschedule them. I really love all the other features of square but the feature I need is absolutely essential for me if I’m gonna be paying for a booking platform. It would also save me time, and immense stress. Can anyone suggest another work around? Any update on square offering this feature? I’ve seen it posted over the years and no response from the team.

Why can't you make the services a staff member?

And then assign that staff member the services as well as the days/times?

So for example esthetics is a person and they are available certain days/times and permanent makeup is another person available certain days/times

For example- I call myself "aura photography" instead of my name and I can only be booked for aura photography

I’ve tried that and it allows me to be double booked. It also won’t sync my personal Gmail calendar for one of the dummy staff remembers so for one calendar I have to go in and enter everything manually which is a huge pain for me.

@Aohara02 Certain services on certain days has been a longtime request. We have not found a great solution yet, so some of our services are literally By Phone Appointment only. This allows us to confirm we have the resources necessary to provide the service.

You might want to try the upgraded the resources by creating aesthetics room as a resource in Square.
