I always have blocked time after all my appointments for clean up time. Today, I had someone schedule and the blocked time seemed to be ignored. I’ve never had this problem before. Has anyone else had this happen?
Hey there:) I use Square Appointments and I haven’t had that issue but I found a few other issues that have come up this week. I contacted Square Support and they have submitted a ticket on my behalf for additional help to see if perhaps their was a glitch on their side. I suggest that if this happens once more...please contact them. They are very helpful in resolving issues 🙂
