Are you able to limit which staff member a client may book with?

If I need to limit who a client may book with is there a way to do that or are they able to book with anyone in my company?

Hi @hgrieco.  Currently there is no way to limit a customer to one particular staff member.  You could head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request.  But that could get complicated since customers could just use a different card on file, or different name or address, etc, to get around any restriction you might place on them with a new feature like this.  Still, it might be worth the effort of submitting a formal request.

Could you provide more context on why you'd like to limit which staff member a client may book with?

If you want to remove a staff member from being booked online, you can do so in their staff settings here.

In these settings, you can also customize which services this staff member will offer when clients book online, ensuring they aren't booked for services you don't want them to provide.
