Are text notifications not working?

No clients have co firmed in a week. This is uncommon as all of my clients regularly confirm.

Great Question.

It sounds like what you may be experiencing is a feature no longer being available due to an update in the Appointments Repricing that may require some features to not be available due to the plan that you're currently on.

 

Here are the features that each plan offers. The best way to ensure that that you are on your desired subscription, you can verify on your Square Dashboard by going to Account & Settings > Business > Pricing & Subscriptions.

Thanks. I'll just send confirmation texts myself now. It's unsettling that a company that has made thousands from me by credit card transaction fees is now making me pay for an app that not only makes those fees possible, but an app that I've been using for years.
