Hey! I actually run two businesses with square appointments right now and I am feeling very frustrated that anyone in my staff has access to each other's calendars and could possibly (accidentally) adjust each other's schedules. I went into permissions and allowed them to view personal personal calendar and confirgure appointment settings, but NOT "Manage all team memeber's calendars." (see attached picture)
However, they are still able to see, view and change calendars for other team memebers.
Is there something I am missing? Is there a bug in the system. This is a problem I would really love fixed.
I want my clients to
1) see their calendar
2) connect their personal calendars
3) adjust their own schedule
4) NOT BE ABLE TO ADJUST OTHER TEAM MEMEBER'S CALENDARS
