Hello first time posting!
I have 3 questions/frustrations at this time, but I will do them one post at a time.
We have the confirmation email set up the way we want it right now, but it seems to only go out to the client when someone schedules it online at home themselves.
If we schedule the appointment from our back end in square then a confirmation email doesn't go out to the client. Am I missing something? We really need that email to go out so that they have access to uploading needed material for their session.
Is there something I am missing?

I was not able to see any instances of an issue like this happening within the Appointments application.
Lets go ahead and contact our Appointments Support Team, 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport .
They can investigate further and file a ticket if needed.
