Appointments/Calendar Quick Change

Due to snow, one of our providers wants to take only virtual appointments today.

It doesn't seem there's a way to adjust what services can be provided for the day quickly for ONE day without affecting other days.

Typically- we'd make a quick change (say if someone is sick) from the calendar screen:

by clicking the clock next to create

but this only allows us to shut it off.. It would be nice if we could also turn on/off specific services for this screen only.

In our world of hybrid services we should be able to solve for this unless I'm missing something?

Hi @DinaLRosenberg — great question! I’m not seeing a feature that allows for this at the moment, but I’m going to do a bit more digging and testing on my end. I’ll follow up with you once I have more information.

Thanks- it would be great if we could make a one-time change to only offer virtual services

Thanks for waiting, @DinaLRosenberg . I was able to confirm that you can make a one-time change by clicking the clock icon in the Dashboard.

Does that work for you?
