Appointments Buttons on Square Online Page

Hello Square Fam,

 

Can we remove the top button from the Square appointments booking page. All it does it create a ton of duplicate customers in our accounts. The lower button forces first timers to create an account so that is the only one necessary and will reduce a lot of frustration and streamline in the client management side of things. Thanks!

Hopefully I can help you a little.  Clients should be able to choose the "My Bookings" button which should be located under the "Book" button.  This way they can sign in, see their appointments that are upcoming, reschedule or cancel...or make new ones without inputting all their information in again.

 

Check out our link and notice the "My Bookings" button...I think this is what your clients should see as well...if you don't see this contact Square Support to see if there is a glitch.

I understand how it works. But how it is “supposed” to work versus how it works in reality is not the same. 

Clients don’t do the sign in process. So they end up creating new profiles every time they book which triggers the first timer contracts every time.

 

This adds unnecessary time to the administrative management and is an easy fix. Drop the top button and force everyone to sign in to schedule.

 

or allow us to edit the verbiage on the buttons to make it more user friendly and clear.

Also, your link is the old booking page. The new appointments landing page does not display the buttons the same way.
