Why is it not possible to allow vendors to have the ics file for calendar import or calendar sync ability even if it’s read only. Or add reminders and notifications for appointments.
I’m neurodivergent and so I’m not looking for pity, but it’s exhausting to keep switching between apps, as our brains sometimes can’t hold information for very short functions and so it can take a long time to do a simple task.
It is a form of disability discrimination - I can’t afford the plan that includes the Google sync, and what if I don’t want google?
any plans for square to add these features?

I think it’s not possible to allow vendors to have the ICS file for Calendar import because of keeping the information of other people on the calendars private.
That being said, would it be beneficial to have them listed as part of the “Team” (employee)? That way they could have their own calendar and schedule? They don’t have to be visible to book online or even look like they are affiliated with your business. You would have to get some personal information from them, but it seems like that might be your best alternative?
Does that sound like it would be an option for you?
